This notice covers Trunkline's public product site, its first-party Vendor Agent, and the private research console hosted on this domain.
Public-site research data
When a client requests a public page, an AI discovery resource, or the Vendor Agent, we record the request time, path, method, response-status classification, user-agent string, a shortened salted hash of the source IP address, and a sanitized referring origin and path. We use these records to measure agent discovery behavior. We do not use them for advertising or attempt to identify a person from an IP hash.
Vendor Agent questions and answers are stored with a random conversation ID so we can distinguish endpoint dereferences, question-bearing requests, and multi-turn conversations. An optional trial tag is accepted only when it contains letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens and is limited to 64 characters. Do not put personal information in a trial tag.
Research-console accounts
If you have access to Trunkline's private research console, we store your name, email address, authentication records, organization membership, and audit events needed to secure and operate the account. Transactional verification, invitation, and password-reset email is delivered by our email provider.
Retention and sharing
We retain experiment evidence for longitudinal analysis and retain account data while the account is active. We do not sell this data or use third-party advertising trackers. Infrastructure providers process limited data only as needed to host the site, database, and email.
